Description
Villa Azur: bright and spacious villa of 250 m2 on a plot of 2000 m2 in a private closed and very beautifull domain "Saut du loup". With its large pool of 11x4 metres, 6 large air-conditioned bedrooms and its beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and plenty of space.
The sea view on the golf of Saint-Tropez is splendid throughout all places (living room, rooms, swimming pool and garden).
Garden with "boulodrome" and table tennis.
Very big open kitchen,living room/dining room of 100m2 . Fully equiped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, freezers,pyrolysis oven, American refrigerator. Also washing machine available.
Very well situated Villa near to the beaches (only 800m by walk to the beach) , ports, stores and 2 to 5 minutes to villages Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres.
"Bateaux verts" navette in only 15 minutes to Saint-Tropez!
Rental
Villa Azur is in general rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. But do not hesitate to contact us for any other specific request.
The rentals are limited to 12 people.
Pets and smoking are not allowed (exeptions possible)

Prices vary from 3000 eur +costs in low season to 12000+costs in high season and are function of the number of persons. Please take contact for a price request.

Villa location- private domain Saut du loup
The villa is situated in the closed domain "Saut du Loup". The picture is an old google maps picture. Today,the domain and the garden of the Villa has completely changed, as you can see in the photo galeries of this website.
The sea view is magnificant as you can verify on the photo galeries: from the living room,terras, bedrooms, swimming pool (11x4) and petanque.
The environment is really quiet but close to the villages.
Close to the beach - In front of babard natural park
The Villa is located at only 500m by walk to the sea and 800m by walk to the beach ("plage des Elephants").
Other beaches, such as The "plage de la Nartelle" and the "plage de la Garonnette" are at only 2 minutes by car.
In front of the Villa, you have the very nice and exceptional natural park of which the owner is the owner of the "Babar" character.
